Since opening our first store on Gouger Street in 2014, 48 Flavours has drawn inspiration from the local community and South Australia’s abundant produce. We craft our award-winning gelato in-store, using high-quality ingredients sourced from local markets.

At 48 Flavours, we’ve got something for everyone. Every day, you’ll find twelve vibrant, fruity sorbets in our lineup — all dairy-free and vegan, made fresh with real fruit. We also offer four creamy vegan gelato flavours made with almond, soy or coconut milk for that extra scoop of plant-based goodness.
